If it doesnt work the its useless

There is nothing there. It shows nothing

The app only shows the picture of the plane. The actual reviews that are always on the right side in desktop version are missing! Looks like you can log in to submit your review but you cant read any!!!!! Almost useless as anyone can figure out the first row is good and last row and proximity to toilet is bad and all in between is standard!

So I just installed this app that I havent used for years flying around the world and it works perfect on my iPhone and thats it how many words do you have to put in here before the thing to let you post hello hello hello hello hello hello hello hello hello hello

If you travel a lot this is exactly what you need so you dont get bad surprises when boarding

Every link goes to a blank screen???

First it appeared that some features started failing. Now, it no longer allows me to login. It seems that now it only allows those on Facebook to use the app.

Used to be able to search by aircraft type but that appears to be gone which means missing airlines (Island Air) and missing aircraft types (Hawaiian Airlines Boeing 717) makes this app now useless.

This is just a wrapper for the mobile website. Its just as fast and convenient to use Safari. The data itself is useful but as an application it is poorly executed. It could be so much better.

Hasnt worked in months, always have to go to the website. Please fix it!!!

Application has an old version of American Airbus seating. Not helpful.

The only reason I use SG is for the user generated comments on each seat- the maps for specific flights for delta are generally incorrect and I have to hunt through 8 versions of an aircraft to match it up with my flight seat map. Unfortunately the app does not contain any user seat comments. Nor does the mobile website. If you try to read the comments via the full site on your phone, you have to scroll through a tiny box and cannot access more than 5-6 comments. Also wish SG would organize the seat comments so that you can seen them when you click on a seat in the map- its annoying to have to scroll through and entire planes worth of seat comments to pick out your seat. Deleted the app as a few color coded seats are not useful to me. This app doesnt seem to ever be updated. Why buy SG tripadvisor if you dont plan to maintain and improve it? Also I dont have a FB so the prompts to login via another website are annoying. I dont want to have to login just to check seat maps. Is happily report incorrect aircraft associated with my flights if there was a mechanism to do so but of course there isnt. Convinced the positive reviews must be from the college interns at tripadvisor who built this app a few years back!

It literally does nothing. No matter what I click on I get blank screens. Restarted the phone, updated the app, did everything right. It simply doesnt work.

Please update to make it compatible with the iPhone 6,6s,7, & plus. Also to the newer iOS version please.

Wrong info about planes, therefore useless for checking your seat...

I thought maybe people were exaggerating. Nope. I just tried the flight I am boarding. My flight doesnt exist.

Whos running the show at Seat Guru? This is the worst app release Ive ever experienced. How was this released? Was it even tested? Your website encourages users to use the app and this is the result? What a waste of time. Thank you.

Despite negative comments, I found this app very helpful and provided a great resource. I had no problems on personal wifi/airport wifi and even cell phone service, so I am not sure what other reviewers were doing. Very helpful to read seat commentary and see where I would be sitting before my flight. Also very easy to submit my experience on the flight as well. This is a must have for any type of traveler!

There are better alternatives to Seatguru that work. Its been unusable since introduction with many comments so obviously they dont care. Use the better alternatives and their advertisers will soon lose interest wasting money where they dont try and retain customers
