Best app for fading which seat to choose but the current version is a major failure as it doesnt work. Loads the aircraft but you cannot find out info about seats and photos dont load. 5 star when it works but current failure deserves 1 star until they fix.

Pull up a plane and tap on any seat for more information and it brings up...nothing! Will be promptly removing it.

This app is hands down the worst app and has more bugs than Ive experience for any app on an iPhone. This is surprising because SeatGuru is a great site with great information and owned by Tripadvisor. The problems I experienced were trying to see other versions of a plane on the seat map page. There is an arrow button to go to the next version, but, pressing it did nothing. There is sentence below that which is another link that says "Which version should I use?". Clicking that does nothing as well. Now that I think about it, the TripAdviser website and app is not very user friendly and has been getting junky and confusing. So, it probably makes sense that SeatGuru would get worse. The surprising thing is that they must realize that the mobile apps are very important and get heavy use because its all about travel where people use there mobile devices. FYI, I tried to contact app support from the Apps Store and it took me to SeatGuru.com bit nothing showed on the screen. I am trying to use Contact Us fin SeatGuru from my PC & they make this very difficult. No wonder SeatGuru is such a bad mobile app. They dont want feedback!

App doesnt work well. For example, pictures dont load. Navigation backward to prior screens is slow and uncertain. Prior version was great, this one a big step backward

I dont know what is going on with this app but, its gone from a good and informative app to one that not very reliable to use. Many of the interactive functions just dont work. Hope they can get it right again.

This use to be a great app. As a constant flyer with over a million miles, I use to rely on this app to help find the best seats. Now the app no longer loads or when it does load there is no information provided for the seats. Also the photos rarely work. So much for this app getting better after TripAdvisor took over. It certainly went down hill. I have removed this app from my phone because it has become worthless.

Hello? Any seatguru app person read the reviews? The touch key DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. PLEASE FIX!! Other than that, the app is great. Thanks. Only two stars as I have asked previously to have this fixed and still NOTHING. thanks

I used to rely on this app, but those days are gone. I cannot get info about individual seats as I used to, and the seat configuration does not match the airlines.

I just downloaded the app and it doesnt work on iPhone 5s running iOS 9.2.1. I can find my flight which is on a 777 with 2 versions of the jet, but the version selection button does not work. The seat map for the 777 version 1 is shown, but clicking on seats does not work either! Dont bother until they update and fix. Is anyone at Tripadvisor paying attention? Yoo-hoo earth to developers!!

Flight status is hours behind, seat map is completely wrong, and a few functions dont even work. Update the app or take it off the App Store!

As with Trip Advisor, which has its own set of issues on older iPhones running 7.x ios, seat guru pays no attention to the needs of those of us who dont run out and buy a new phone every year and could care less about upgrading an ios that works perfectly fine.

The premise of this app is great especially for someone who flys a lot like me but after the last update, all the pictures disappeared. Cmon guys, youre a better app then this!

Long time user and frequent traveler this used to be great. Now the maps are wrong, incomplete and usually non tap or which was the whole point. Totally ruined....

I just downloaded this. I am a frequent traveler and use seat guru extensively. I thought it might be helpful to have it on my phone. Locks up, does not provide information, deleted

App has not been updated since last year and no longer works. Is there a fix or upgrade coming? Use to be dependable and now does nothing. Help please. If it changed owners, own up and fix it.

After selecting a route, date, and flight number the app says there are multiple versions of the plane. There is a link to click to select the correct version, however the link does not work. No way to actually select the applicable aircraft version. Therefore the app is worthless, since one cant display the aircraft version that one will be on. And thus, the app cant provide what we go to the app for in the first place.

App used to work OK as a wrapper for the mobile site, but somewhere along the line everything just broke. Tapping the seat now does nothing. Images section doesnt load. The plane maps load slowly even when Im on 200mbps wifi. My biggest gripe used to be that I could back out when picking a plane type and had to restart the app. Id be much happier if that were the only problem now! Reinstalling the app didnt help.

Friend loves site and recommended it to me, so tried app. But has less functionality... Cant tap on a seat for more info. Deleting... Just use the web version.

Seatguru.com is great. The mobile website is unusable because it has bugs that make it impossible to navigate well. For example, if you need to switch the aircraft type, you cannot click all the choices because it renders as if it is a desktop browser. The mobile app is even worse, because you cant change aircraft at all. The link is there, but it does nothing.
