On the app, you cant click on the seats to see the information and reviews. iPhone 6

This version is tragic. It barely works, if at all. Clicking on a seat doesnt provide details about individual seats (even though the app claims that it should).

First: the photo function is totally down, you wont be able to see any photo at all this moment. Second: this app is so slow! Only works well when you have really fast internet connection. I have AT&T LET and it still takes few seconds to open up a seat map.

This use to be a great app... However, now it does not work... Images to longer load, seat maps to not come up Etc.. Time for an update?

Really like Seat Guru on the web. This mobile version is terrible. You can only log in through Facebook even though I am a Trip Advisor member (the sponsor of this app). The UI is ancient and not intuitive. I will delete it.

This app no longer works

Despite negative comments, I found this app very helpful and provided a great resource. I had no problems on personal wifi/airport wifi and even cell phone service, so I am not sure what other reviewers were doing. Very helpful to read seat commentary and see where I would be sitting before my flight. Also very easy to submit my experience on the flight as well. This is a must have for any type of traveler!

It has been a while since I used this app. It was a great reference. Now it is junk.
